1.1 Only the following items may be sold on the Market: farm produce (fruits, vegetables, flowers, fresh meat, poultry, eggs, cheese, etc.), flowers and bedding plants, baked goods and other processed food items, and arts & crafts (must be handmade by the vendor selling them). Vendors desiring to sell wine or cider must refer to the addendum: “Policies and Procedures: FSFM Wine and Cider Sales”. All products requiring licensing must have copy of appropriate license on file with the Market. Priority goes to producers of farm goods and all new vendors, as of 2007, must produce a minimum of 80% of what they sell.
1.2 The Market is open on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 8:00 am – 3:00 pm from the first Saturday of May until the Saturday before Christmas, and Saturdays from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm January through April. Supervision and access to office/restrooms will be provided.
1.3 No one may enter the Market with intent to sell products on other than the stated Market days unless they have obtained prior approval and have a signed contract on file.
